Model Citizen: Part 3: Bette Franke
This Dutch stunner has the privilege of being MY favorite model. What an honor!
Things I like about Bette Franke:
- She's Dutch! How cool is that?
- Her adorably uneven teeth:
- She's cute:
- but also very pretty, but not in that typical, alien-babydoll way like Gemma Ward and all her minions:
- She can read! And chooses to, instead of just sticking in her iPod:
- She can pull of a satin turban:
- She has a sense of humor, and doesn't have to look all "blank model stare" all the time:

- She looks cool as hell in Chloe:
- She can carry off an evening gown perfectly:
- Marc Jacobs liked her enough to have her open his Spring '07 Marc by Marc show:
- She's not creepy skeletal skinny:
Oh yeah, and she likes Jack Johnson too, according to Teen Vogue.
And that is why Bette Franke is my favorite model.

I love her! She real, funny, girly. She the type of person that's not why skinny scary. you could so picture her as your best firend that's showing you what her last trip to the mall got her. I like her and she's my favorite model. Come and vist.

She kind of looks like Julia Stiles. And I did love her in Chloé.
